Cannot contact support
I won a singular prize, a ring, and all of a sudden I have apparently seriously violated the platform rules 10025. I’m searching everywhere for what this rule is in their privacy policy, and terms and conditions and it is nowhere. I’ve tried contact them and they simply will not pick up, AND they have no email. I gave them $1.59 au for them to lock me out of the app and not even tell me what I’ve done wrong? I wouldn’t be so unhappy if they’d actually give me some support but alas. Game was pretty choppy and didn’t work half the time anyway though so do with that what you will.

I really like the variety of prizes…. shipping is super fast considering. Prices are fair. The win rate is decent. I think it is definitely better than other claw apps like Clawee. Oh and there service side things are great as well, very quick to respond to glitches and errors..
No instructions
I win 2 prizes but can not find out how to get them.
Platform violation?
I’ve played this game for about a month now bought tokens for it. Won prizes and I woke up this morning to being banned for a platform violation. I didn’t violate any code of conduct or anything so I’m not so sure this isn’t a scam or that my account wasn’t hacked. I emailed the company but didn’t receive anything back so I’ve just lost whatever money I put in and whatever prizes I’ve won that they haven’t shipped, not worth your money
Got kicked out
I was playing the game regularly but then one day I got kick out saying I broken the rules. What rules? They don’t tell me other than the fact that I broke them and now I can’t even get on the app.
Scam
I absolutely loved this game. I had purchased coins multiple times. Received everything I had shipped. I had purchased the week long subscription for coins, the next day my account was banned. For absolutely no reason. I had 12 items I had won waiting for shipment and they too have been lost. I can no longer access the game. No not recommend.
