Used this app for years with great success however a major makeover of the interface makes navigating difficult. Too many suggestions, videos and advertisements. Scale it back and make viewing the actual report possible again.

This is one of my most used apps on my phone. I don’t normally review apps but this one has been the most useful in helping me slowly build my credit rating up again. The insights are so good, you get monthly score updates and it gives you tips to improve your score even more. I highly recommend this app 😊

I like the way the app displays your rate; it is very interactive and easy to use. However, something I really dislike is the offers that appear when you visit third-party websites (Plenti, Omm, etc.). The rate offered there can sometimes be double. In the end, this creates a poor user experience. They should guarantee the rate for ClearScore users.

Please clearly specify the date of each credit report displayed in the app. Also, you send notifications advising of a new report but the app doesn’t show any new report.

Why isn’t there any way to download a report? I want to be able to share the reports as required.

Shares info with advertising partners, including social media networks by default. Horrible.

I just keep getting emails and notifications telling me to check out what offers I’m eligible for, however I’m eligible for none because of poor credit. Well suited to someone with average credit who wants to build, not for someone with negative credit score trying to sort their life out.

I would give you guys five stars, but I resent the fact I’m having to use another app to view Equifax data. I’d much prefer to have all three within a centralised location.

Would be great if you stopped flooding me with credit card and loan offers though… seems counter-intuitive since I’m trying to build my credit rating and report, not nuke it into the red. I appreciate that CCR reporting can assist with building your credit score, but having unsecured credit is a red flag for most brokers and I honestly don’t see the value in having a credit card unless you’re a frequent flyer.

That said, I’m very happy with the design and user-friendly navigation. I’m curious to see where your team takes the app moving forward. Best wishes.

I would have loved to try this app however when trying to set up an account if wouldn’t accept my middle name, reported “enter correct middle name(s)”
My middle name is what is printed on my birth certificate, it’s not an unusual name and is spelled conventionally.
