For over a week now just displays “can’t connect to server” uninstalled and reinstalled and issue persists.
This app could be so useful- it is often not helpful even confusing. The notifications of the item arriving at the library I request should be simple. Just tell me when the item ARRIVES. I don’t care it’s in transit!! I have gone to the library multiple time because the wording of this app and the notifications in my email makes it look like the book has arrived and it has not. Please make this simple stupid!!!
This app rarely works. Easier to go on the library’s website.
A 10 year old these days could probably design a better app. Terrible UI/UX. Lacks very basic features such as book lists.
I like Clevnet overall. I like having all of Ohio in reach. I just need a Wish List in the app I.e., for future reading. I end up with a long list of Suspended Holds to keep a list of things I’m interested in but don’t want yet.
Running so slow and not displaying correctly.
I used to love this app for checking holds and checkouts. Now I have so many problems. I have to log back in a lot or close and restart the app almost every time until it displays my checkouts and holds. Also sometimes it denies placing holds for multiple items but if I sign out and sign back in it will finally work. Too many steps just to quickly check my account.
This app is fine for what it does—it’s great for searching for material available as physical and digital editions, across the libraries, Libby, and Hoopla. It tends to be a little slow to load your account, which is why I gave it 3/5, but when it’s loaded, it works perfectly. The only thing I would ask is to have a ‘wishlist’ function just for the user, similar to tagging in Hoopla and Libby, where the user can have a private list of materials they’d like to read next, especially for physical material, which can’t be saved in Libby/Hoopla. That would take this app to the next level in my opinion.
The current checkouts do not appear. It’s been a week or so like this. They do appear on the website though.
