I’ve tried purchasing an annual subscription plan from the clipstudio.net website where all the prices are on sale, but ever since the promotion began, I’ve been unable to execute the transaction. I wrote to the support, mentioning that I’ve already contacted my card issuing company and tried many different cards and banks and devices, but the only response I got was to check all of it over and over again, no help at all. It’s been four days already, the sale is ending soon, I’ve lost interest in getting the subscription and I’m absolutely disappointed in awful service of such big company. 
I’ve also seen that many other people have the same issue (transaction for 0JPY on the site), so I hope that all of us will get some sort of compensation for this problem.

I have been using CSP on iPad pro as my main art program for years now and I have a subscription license for ipad and PC. It’s great for comics and illustration, with fantastic brushes. Very pleasant and clear interface for someone coming from Photoshop, though it could seem cluttered if you like Procreate (which I don’t). CSP has a cool resource exchange marketplace, though it’s kinda hard to use and understand.
It also has a lot of tools for hand-drawn animation, it’s a powerful app.
My biggest problem with it is that it used to be unstable when working on more than one or two files at most, but the recent 2.0 version seems to have fixed that and I’m happily giving it a 4 star review and might come back and change it to 5 if the good performance persists in future!
