The Cloud Phone app lets you use services like calling, video, chat and status (or presence) on your mobile. You can use the app on any supported Apple device. Once you’ve downloaded the Cloud Phone app, sign in and start navigating. The features available depend on the Cloud Phone user profile you have.

Support can’t even get me logged into this damned app, hours wasted with nothing to show for it, Spark are the worst

There have been too many calls that do not come through cloud phone until the next day where it shows a missed call at the time the person called after you open the app. Even signing out and signing back in hasn’t fixed that issue.

The whole app / system is flaky and unreliable. The solution from Spark support seems to be to uninstall and reinstall the app each time we raise an issue. We get “empty” phone calls and although our latest raft of problems seems to have been “fixed” we have no confidence in the system. Setup was also a nightmare and it took Spark a long time to get working (they had problems with setup also). I wouldn’t recommend this system. I wish i had taken notice of the 1 star review for this system when i found it before signing up (on a 24 month contract which i had to do).

Terrible latest update took away any functionality of the app. Can’t get calls, can’t send messages and no settings to change. The screenshots are nothing like the functionality.

Very poor App. We switched to cloud phone as it was meant to be better, but it can not handle switching between wifi and 4G data mid way through a call. The huge problem is that when your mobile phone is not being used, it automatically switches off wifi. When the phone receives a call it initially uses 4G, but then your wifi kicks in and it drops the call! This huge flaw needs to be fixed.
