Maar het aanbod is zeer beperkt en de app en website zijn zo traag. Het is gewoon een zeer frustrerende ervaring. Heel dat spel met de reservaties is vervelend. Je kan maar twee reservaties doen en twee boeken lenen. Reserveringen blijven maar drie dagen geldig wanneer het boek vrijkomt. Dus je moet al goed timen wanneer je het vorige boek uit gaat hebben of je misloopt het en dan moet je misschien maanden wachten tegen dat boeken terug beschikbaar zijn. Voorbeeld van een ervaring: Je ziet dat de volledige Nederlandstalige reeks van De Witcher beschikbaar is en je begint deze te lezen. Als je boek bijna uit is ontdek je dat de eerstvolgende reservatie van deel 2 pas over 6 maanden beschikbaar is en bij delen 3 tot 6 een gelijkaardig verhaal. Dus je wacht. Na drie maanden halen ze de volledige reeks uit het aanbod… om nooit meer terug te keren. Een deel van de boeken vind ik niet meer terug.
