Coconote - AI Note Taker

Op 4/7/2024 heb ik Coconote Pro voor een jaar gekocht aan € 99. Wanneer ik de app nu wil gebruiken vraagt hij om opnieuw € 150 te betalen. Heb nu verschillende klachten bij Apple/iTunes geopend, zonder succes.

Soms komt het voor dat hij iets opneemt maar slechts een lege notitie weergeeft. Toch levert hij in 80% van de gevallen subliem werk.

Beste school app, goede uitvinding voor een snel overzicht.

I cannot transfer documents from YouTube half the time

This app is an amazing note taking tool. I’m a law student and it’s often hard to pull the important concepts from the lectures. This app does it for me! All I do is hit record and save. Compared to other note taking apps, this one is worth every penny! I highly recommend it for law students and students in general!

What a revelation! I have to handle a lot of information and talking is much faster than typing… for many reasons. I'm so happy to have Coconote and can't wait for it to record both sides of phone calls.

It is an amazing app and really helps me but many times that I’ve used it it just failed and it was pretty annoying

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! I agreed to a 7 day free trial on 12/09/24 and realized quickly it would be useless for what I needed. I immediately cancelled the trail and the subscription they force you to make before you can even use the app. Before midnight on 12/09/24, I cancelled everything and on 12/16/24 noticed a charge of $139.41 on my account. When I tried to contact the company, it says Apple is in charge of the subscriptions and I need to contact them. After contacting Apple, I just got a notification that I’m not eligible for the refund I requested AFTER I’d already canceled the free trial and subscription. I no longer trust the App Store or Apple.

Coconote just needs to say this is a pay to use. Says there is a basic offering, but after only one basic audio recording it does not let me do anything else unless I accept a 7 day trial of premium.
