Next level is not coming

It’s a nice game, but i am waiting very long for the next level is coming. For 10 months i am waiting.

Game keeps on loading

Since some weeks the game keeps on loading when it tries to raid someone, so you won’t receive raid coins which makes it no fun to play anymore. Besides that the support team isn’t very responsive, I submitted a ticket on August 28 and still no reaction at all. Too bad because the game is quite fun to play when working properly.
