Hi I have contacted the support group so many time last week and now this morning I am betting x5 and and and land on 🐷 pigs and didn’t RECEIVE my pigs the game stayed over in my face Now last week for the fire work frenzy I bet at x20 and got 200 fireworks frenzy and didn’t move up in tournament nothing. And I am contacting the support group and no satisfaction no returns nothing

I’ve been playing this game on and off for several years, and I always play with a friend. However, I never seem to get the same rewards she does. For example, I’m lucky if I get a Joker card three times a year, while she often gets 5–7 in a single day. She gets so many spins that she can comfortably bet 5,000, whereas I rarely get more than 20,000 spins total. When I buy card packs, they’re always full of duplicates, which just wastes my coins. On my current level, it takes at least 10 billion coins to build a village, but I can rarely gather enough resources, so I end up stuck on the same level for months. To be clear, neither of us spends money on the game, yet she consistently gets far better rewards. It feels like there’s a completely different algorithm applied to my account because I never receive the rewards needed to progress. At this point, I’ve stopped building villages or buying cards because they don’t boost my chances of clearing boards. Even working with a team hasn’t made much of a difference. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I don’t know what else to do to improve my experience.
