I am unable to see the amount invested and what’s the current percentage gain/loss. This is a big disappointment. Maybe if they can get this feature, it will be very helpful for other beginner users. It’s cumbersome to generate a report to get the total Amount invested.
Be careful new users. You want to deposit money, so smooth. You want to withdraw, one month still got nothing. The support team is useless.

Setting up a Passkey requires an on screen QR code to be scanned, there is no way to scan it.
Would like to share my experience with this terrible app. Firstly, I transferred via FASTpay 3 times, first was a $1500, second was a $10, third was a $1200+. First and third transaction did not went through only the second transaction which is $10. Wanted to contact the support for help but just pushes me around the website, when i press the talk to a live agent it’s not even working?, so i went to find their email only to be told to go back to the app to ask for help?, absolutely ridiculous. By far of all apps that i’ve used, the customer support it’s terrible and the app its not user friendly. Contact number for their support does not catered for people in asia. 🤣 Use at your own risk.
