The app offers nothing in UX over their mobile website. I’m yet to be able to use it because their verification process is not only extremely slow, taking them several days to review applications but taking photo graphs of documents in super buggy. The document capturing process is uncontrollable, it will take an image when you’re not ready with the camera and those images usually are black screens. Seriously terrible process, to make matters worse it won’t let you retake an image/photo and then you have to wait 3 days for them to tell you that your documents/photos weren’t clear, duh!

Yo uso Coinmetro desde hace un tiempo, siempre la usé en su versión web y decidí probar esta app. La verdad es que es un desastre. Primero que nada visualmente deja mucho que desear, es súper fea la interfaz en comparación a otras que de verdad le ponen cariño a la aplicación. Por otro lado, hay secciones que no funcionan cuando se les hacen click (cuando me trata de redirigir a la página oficial nunca abre el link.) La verdad es 0 user friendly y tiene varias fricciones es por eso que decidí cambiarme d exchange 🤷‍♂️

The one part of the service that I still can’t fully understand is how I can close out any and all margin trades? Especially when I don’t even understand how I even placed them in the beginning, but everything else I enjoy and use Coin-metro as one of top wallets I use because of trusting them versus many other similar online and application type wallets/exchanges

The moment I try to verify my doc the app crashes

Just closes app when I click on my license to verify account
