When i reported a bug the support told me I cannot connect exchanges via API without expecting it to malfunction. The support told me to move my coins away from my exchange as a solution and disconnect my exchanges. Besides this, users has been scammed of their coins and so far not been compensated by Coinstats yet. Be careful.
I first got a membership tagt was supposed to be re-embursed as a got a free lifetime membership through crypto banter banter school, not only was this not refunded albeit the CS’ promises, I got charged a second time this year. That’d be bad enough as is already but… been waiting all day to get an answer from their teams about my issues and got literally no answers… it’s beyond disappointing and frankly I’m tempted to call them something else…
This app is overall excellent at tracking your portfolio. There are cool features I just discovered by reading other reviews and I’ve been using it for over a year! (Different sounds for coins going up vs down). One outstandingly great feature is the download of transactions. If you’ve ever downloaded from exchanges you will note that all the useful information is missing (USD Value equivalent) yet all the rubbish is included (block height!!). CoinStats takes all their data in various formats and outputs the most user friendly and useful data! (I import into numbers and sort using Categories for Portfolio and Coin Name.) One problem I have is with the recent balance change. It can show millions of dollars gained or lost overnight and my balance is significantly smaller than that, so it’s impossible. Because of this problem I have to be sceptical about all the information I read and that’s not good. However, customer service is the best out there and that’s where I’m going next!
