Very disorganised and confusing when you have to work with a link.

I din't know if this is just my phone or Iphones or all phones but i cannot download videos to my phones. Try contacting support and everything else I fan but no charges

I had a weTranfer link sent to me, downloaded the app and it was one of the worst use experience I had ever had! I started downloading the photos and every time the app got on background, the download process just stopped and had to be restarted from beginning. I decided to be patient and left the app on foreground while downloading. When finally the photos were downloaded, the app just crashed when I interacted with the screen. Experienced on iPhone 11 iOS 14.7.1

Downloading files is fast, but I hate the fact that uploading one file of 500mb is faster than 200 files that are also 500 mb total. Until you fix this my rate is 4 star.

After the last update it sucks, when I open the transfer link on my phone to download my files I click save with collect app and the it just sends me to download the app, but I already have it...🙃

This application is really being useful to me. I always have some ideas, some cool videos or whatever it is and finally I can save it and have access to it on every device I‘m using.
