I’ve been using collect because labs sadly only use this app to send film scans. I kept using the app for archival purposes, and at some point I ran out of space, which lead me to buy the premium. I didn’t get it right away and had to get in touch with support. I also got board duplicates with nothing in it, which lead me to believe that I had los photos. I found the duplicates with some of the photos but there are still some that didn’t had duplicates only the empty board. Sadly seems that these photos would be lost forever

Die App hat von einen auf den anderen Tag sehr viele Dateien gelöscht und auch jetzt lassen sich viele Dateien in der App nicht mehr öffnen obwohl ich jetzt sogar die pro Version abgeschlossen habe… 

Und wenn man auf den Button: Verlorene Dateien wiederfinden klick, stürzt die App jedes Mal ab! 

Der Email Support ist leider auch keine Hilfe.
