Appen laggar ofta och loggar ut mig från kontot, vilket gör att alla bilder måste laddas om för att kunna nås igen. Jag har över 4000 bilder i olika mappar som jag nu inte längre kan komma åt eftersom det tar flera timmar att ladda om dem. Detta är extremt frustrerande och gör appen i princip oanvändbar. Jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera denna app i dess nuvarande skick. Support kan inte heller hjälpa till med problemet utan säger bara att man ska ladda om sina bilder.

The photos do not sync in a cloud, it syncs between devices. Lost a bunch of photos due to the app on my phone de-syncing and some how on the web too. Thanks! Been paying every month for years! A waste.

Accounts to use this feature.
And you gave me the option to create a new account.
Giving you my email and me using a new password to create my account.

Then I get an email to confirm my new account and I also got a notification from my gmail that I’m using my gmail account to have this account active.

Without using my separate secured password I’ve chosen to use on this account?

Why?
I’ve logged out then logged in but not able to use my password I’ve chosen for this account.
Instead I’m having to use my gmail password to login to this account.

Wetransfer in a browser is simple. Easy to mail files, but how do I send an email within the IPhone app. I remember when the app in the phone was just as the great as the web browser version. Now it just somethings stupid. Collect? What for, I want to send not collect. 

I deleted the app now, will transfer the files to my computer so I can use the web browser version that does not suck.

The app is bugged af, 1st, I can’t even loggin cus safari has “too many redirections”. 2nd, when bypassing the first problem by logging in via safari and then accessing the app with me signed in, the app shuts-down after I’ve used it once. When I try to open the app up again it just shuts down before even opening up fully. 👎👎👎👎👎

Whether you are on IPhone, IPad or a Mac, preview of pics are not visible. Customer service knows this “bug” but say that they are working on it. Well, still nothing several months into my subscription. I will now cancel it and claim a refund. Do not subscribe. Go for ICloud etc.

Jag ger i stort sett ALDRIG omdömen på appar utom i sällsynta fall, och detta är ett sånt fall. Jag fullständigt ÄLSKAR att jag så lätt kan skapa mappar och kategorisera t ex alla länkar jag sparar och att man kan visa sidorna direkt i appen. Det enda som saknas som jag inte tror att det går göra är att kunna spara bilder och inlägg från t ex Instagram och gärna Facebook. För som det är nu så måste jag ha separata mapp/katalogsystem för allt.
