So, I have had We Collect for several years paying for the Pro option. I was very pleased with this until a few weeks ago when I looked at my account to find it had been downgraded to the ‘free 5GB’ version, meaning that at least 3/4 of my photographs were missing. On enquiring about this, We Transfer/Collect said it was my fault as I hadn’t synced my photos, which is utter rubbish as they were fully synced. Then, when I made it clear I was paying for the Pro they just reinstated the account but I have lost all of my photos that were already synced. As these should be in the cloud they should be retrievable however they are saying differently, and there is “nothing they can do”. Shoddy customer service. Do not waste your money here and be very careful that you have an alternative backup, as what I thought was safe using this app, is not.

I cannot sync files or access files which were previously stored and paid for in my we transfer! I'm seriously NOT impressed!

I LOVE this app And it’s been my go to, for years But lately I’ve found it glitchy New boards don’t work immediately - this has been happening for ages -not able to add images to a new board or adding them but they don’t actually add & the name of the board reverting to blank I was logged out the other day (in the middle of something 😆) I logged back in to find all of my boards being in such a weird order & there’s no where to reorder them by date ? Like ‘most recently added’ It would also be good to be able to move items around within a board so they can be shuffled in to-the right order no matter what order they are uploaded in Currently I’m stuck with the menu frozen, hence the review! Help! (I pay for pro so I’m slightly disappointed) Four stars- if it’s working (one knocked off for not being able to reorder images within the file) But currently looking at not re subscribing & finding an alternative Today I logged in to find that almost all of my boards have vanished. Nightmare .

I used to love this app but now all it does is loading for hours and doesn’t open ANY files and they’re totally greyed out. Disappointed and looking for a better app.. working in social media marketing I can’t afford to lose all the content this easily.

So easy and very quick to use Most highly recommend.

After using Collect for years the app how logged me out & upon logging back in years worth of content has disappeared. Paid content to be used alongside years worth of my family photos … gone!!! I contacted support to be told it’s a syncing issue and there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusting service. Would not recommend.
