Wonderful, actively updated database!

And making it so affordable. Keep going!
This app seemed to work well when I tested out the free version. My issue was that, when you use the search feature, the on-screen keyboard is locked in the extended position, which means you can’t push it out of the way to actually view or manipulate the search results or controls that are layered beneath it. I posted a 2-star review about this, and was surprised when the developer actually responded to say that this would be fixed in the next update. So, I changed my review. Just having a developer who’s present, aware, and planning to fix bugs makes this app better by default, imo. I am eagerly awaiting this promised update. The rest of the app is good stuff, after all, especially for a simple database of the kind you might keep on a phone. It does what I need it to do, and the design of the app is rather intuitive, considering how difficult most database building apps and programs can be to use.
Other than that, it's amazingly well built and a solid mobile DB.
I like to catalog my stuff, I also prefer to have an inventory of things in my home to prevent rebuying something I already have. I wanted a no fuss option (didn’t want to have to create my own database), something not primarily directed towards business, and one time purchase/low cost. This checks all the boxes, my reason for doing this over something like Notion or Airtable is that those do so much more and at the end of the day I just want a database. Tapform looked good but $50 for the mac app and $17 for the ios app is a bit more than I want to spend. This ended up being a great option and I would highly recommend it for individuals and familys.
The only thing I need to dive in full on is an Apple Watch app with selective document syncing. It’s my dream …
Amazing value, arguably underpriced. This is what we need - an easy to use, Airtable-esque database that runs locally (private!) and offline. There's nothing out there like this right now that works so effortlessly across Apple platforms. Copying x-callback-urls to items is an absolute game-changer. Anything you can do to expand that kind of functionality (including more Shortcut actions) would be much appreciated!
- Needs ability to have two or windows of the main - For items entered into a database, it would easier on the eyes if could choose text size to show more.
This app does almost everything I could want a database app to do. I've been looking for a while, and with the recent updates, this app is one of the best values in the whole App Store. Thanks for continued updates and for making it easy to get data in and out of the app!!
Shortcuts actions stopped working after this last update. The input fields no longer show anything other than the default select variable, ask each time, & shortcut input. Trying to use a text action as a variable also returns an error. It doesn't seem to be limited to any specific actions. Update: I'm on iOS 16.7.1
