The app with premium subscription not working

Apalon support team has been ignoring my request for over a month now! Do not recommend this app anymore! I have been using this coloring app for over the year with premium, this time, when renewed, the app started having glitches and the images are not loading = there is nothing to color since you're getting a blank white page. Any attempts on contacting their support and solving the issue - no luck at all. Will be resubmitting screenshots of "support" and requesting the money back from apple.

Zadne nastaveni aplikace, zadna moznost zmeny jazyka - pouze anglictina. Nelze vypnout dotyk prstu pri kresleni s apple pencil k nicemu.. urcite NEKUPUJTE PREDRAZENE PREDPLATNE

This app doesn’t even support Apple Pencil and if you use undo button the whole proces will disappear. :)))) I absolutely hate this app It made me so mad!!!

Yeah, there’s premium access stuff that you need to pay for, but that’s in every other game! The things is, this one is great even without premium. I really like it, recommend.
