All data and actions available from the mobile app result in the simplification of on-site activities, reducing the need for back-office support and facilitating on-site completion reporting.

Instant access to work order and task details – view key information about your client’s location and history, check what should be done, and view task priority
Messaging colleagues – when necessary, contact your team to explain complex issues
Mobile support for common field activities - take photos, make videos, use tagging and attach documents directly from the customer’s premises, and add visit notes or site-dedicated information
Location and route planning – use GIS systems to plan the optimal route between assigned tasks taking into consideration traffic and restrictions
Warehouse – check the availability of equipment necessary to execute the order
