Yesterday I got a charge despite never renting a car with them this whole time. So I have now deleted the app. I will never use this app and will share my experience with others and advise them not to use. The service is the absolute worse with made up fees around every corner, they charge you for a service fee for work they didn’t do. You would expect them to at least pick up the phone when you call and not leave you on hold for 30+ mins. You can DEFINITELY rent a car from any place for cheaper than this garbage.
