Community Choice e-Banking

I have been using this app for years and it’s been great, the only downside is once you finally learn the app, they update it and change it.

The clerk was completely and courteously helpful with a smile!

The community choice app Is user-friendly I like how they made it easier to understand and use.

For checking balances and moving money, the app works fine. Check deposits are very frustrating. The app struggles to read checks, requires multiple tries and many times doesn’t work. I’ve deposited checks through other backs on their app, no issues. Definitely needs improvement.

I mostly use it for depositing checks. Sometimes it does not deposit it because the picture was not right and I have to retake the front and back photos. Not sure why, but I keep repeating until the deposit goes through. I use it mostly for a quick glance at my checking account transactions to see if they are legitimate. I do this often and like using the 4 digit code to quickly access my checking account.

I love this app it’s so convenient and if I need help customer service is wonderful. It’s 10 stars for me

Everything moved to the bottom and now the chat bubble is there too. I struggle to do my business if I don’t move it. Think it would be better up top.
