Can there be a dark mode added? That would be VERY helpful on my eyes during my afterschool study hours

This app is very efficient. It has made communication with my child’s school easy. The payment centre is simple to use and all receipts are saved. I know my child’s timetable. I don’t have to call to the school unnecessarily and the staff don’t have to waste time talking to me on the phone or in person.

It’s not the worst school app, it dose have some useful features but it is just so hard to use.

The new Compass system is much better and easier to navigate. Well done

Clunky, awkward interface, difficult to use. Not at all intuitive or useful interface from a parents perspective. Add in emails with links to online compass asking you to log in instead of taking you to the information in the app.

When selecting reason for absence on iPhone all of the reasons are in a mess on the screen

I am a student i changed phone recently i tried to sign back into my account but it says my password is wrong ive changed it 5 times and yet still cant access my account

New update crashes every time I try to log in, multiple teachers in my school having this same issue. We’ve resorted to having to use compass on school laptops as the iPhone app is completely useless now

Its so annoying bc ever since i went on holidays abroad it has been telling me to log in EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. So i have to click the orange button and type in my email and password which takes wayyyy too long for me bc all im trying to do is check what subjects i have for like 2 seconds… i do NOT need to do all that just to use it for 2 seconds an absolute waste of time. Plus ever since this recent update every time i click the app it kicks me out like what. This shouldnt even be an app if its going to glitch 24/7
