L'applicazione ScanFood è progettata appositamente per chi controlla la propria alimentazione e vuole raggiungere l'obiettivo. Gli obiettivi possono essere diversi, sia la riduzione o l'aumento del peso che il mantenimento del peso corporeo corrente.
La nostra applicazione aiuta ad automatizzare completamente il processo del conteggio della dieta quotidiana.
Grazie alla ScanFood è possibile eseguire la scansione dei codici a barre dei prodotti dal negozio e l'applicazione determinerà autonomamente il numero delle calorie, nonché delle proteine, dei carboidrati e dei grassi. Rimane solamente specificare il peso approssimativo del cibo mangiato e l'applicazione calcolerà tutti i dati.
Se la nostra applicazione non ha trovato il prodotto da Lei scelto, è necessario solo una volta aggiungere questo prodotto e successivamente il codice a barre salvato sarà possibile utilizzare per tutti gli altri utenti della ScanFood.
Nelle impostazioni dell'applicazione è possibile specificare la frequenza delle promemorie per inserire i dati degli alimenti mangiati.
Se il Suo peso è cambiato e c'è bisogno di cambiare il numero delle calorie giornaliere da consumare, si può sempre farlo nelle impostazioni dell'applicazione.
La nostra applicazione sarà regolarmente sviluppata e integrata da nuove funzionalità come consigli per lo sport e gli altri suggerimenti utili per la perdita del peso o l'aumento della massa muscolare.
