Have been using the app and it’s proven v beneficial until this latest update. Can’t get into it anymore. It recognises who I am but wants a default location - no drop down list available and no keyboard options therefore unable to access the app. Useless now and means have to sign onto a desk top device. V disappointing.

The app was working until around May/June time. Not getting very far with support. The app asks for MS login through Asure and MFA which is successful then we get a not authorised to login error. I’m 100% authorised as working over web

Doesn’t work on iOS 18.

Asks me to select a default location, which is already set up on desktop. Click on select country and there are zero options to select

Upgraded to latest release today and when I log on all I get is a flashing blue blob! Please sort this glitch out as it’s pointless making these releases if the users can’t log in.

Supposed to use for work but a terrible app on the iPhone. Worked for a week and then couldn’t log in anymore. So back to using just desktop which is also pretty dire. Made work even less productive regarding working out what random desk I’ll be at each day. I instead have a make a manual note of where I am and take a photo of where that is on the office map (it’s a big randomnly laid out office building). God knows why my company pays for this. Shocking.

So many new features being added monthly - making this app super cool keep it up Condeco / Eptura

Whenever I open up the app on my mobile I get a security alert. This alert indicates that the app cannot be used on jailbroken devices. My mobile has never been and never will be jailbroken, so I can only assume that the latest update (4.2) which took place a week ago is the cause of this. Needs rectifying fast.

Broken since Sep 2023. Have changed phones, multiple re-installs, restarts, tried removing from all devices to force any data that might be saved to iCloud to be flushed. Everytime I launch now. “This appears to be running on a jailbroken device”. IT is NOT running on a jailbroken device. Fix or replace this “feature” please! 🙏
