Oddly, the two do not sync. While I like Condor’s inflight service, their customer-facing IT is horrible. It hasn’t improved one whit in the three years I’ve flown them. Condor asked me to input some data pertaining to my identity/nationality. Again, the app could do not it initially. The day of my flight all my booking data which had been present the day before totally disappeared and I was informed I had “no bookings.” After I was able to retrieve my data I was finally able to get a boarding pass! Amazing!! But when I tried to make that part of my Apple wallet, which the app offered to do, again error message! I tried looking up my reservation using my reference# and being told THERE IS NO reservation found!!! I have copies of my CONFIRMED reservation and receipt with how much I paid for the trip. I can’t find anything for my seat reservation though but I guess that’s because I can’t get into the account!! Not sure if I’ll be flying with Condor again.
