Perfect roster viewer

This app used to be good and the job well with frequent updates. But now is a full month that something broke for my Airline and I am unable to download my roster (which is the main point of the app). I paid for 12-month service and the bug is still not fixed. This app is just a waste of money and iPhone space. Not recommended. Search for an alternative.

Thank you for your reply 2 clicks download is less efficient and time wasting and it’s your trade mark. There’s no option for multi Roster share and I have the latest version on my iOS and crew connect lounge. Also I was referring to have ALL your friends roster at once like the old APP not just swipe left or right. Hence the less functionality. I did email with all of the above but your answers wasn’t satisfactory. Lastly this is a personal review. ———————- Suddenly the old crew connect app don’t work and the developer moves to crewconncet lounge. How can you upgrade an app to be less functional? The new app fails to deliver what’s the original app was suppose to do. Auto download your roster , multiple crew roster share and SIMPLICITY And lightens of the app. Now you have auto downloads pictures from other members showing at the startup screen. A lot of functionality is removed but above all there’s no options available to disable or enable all of the above. The team trying to upgrade to the new app forgot how important is to crews not to loose time by a crashing app, simplicity and functionality. I want to return to the previous app but the developer don’t let you. For now I will update my subscription for another year but will be the last if things don’t change. ——————

I like the new interface and lay out it is more user friendly!! Missing the feature that when I was pressing on an other crew could see when was previous flight with that person.

This app is a joke. Lately they stopped providing support so one can’t properly download the roster. I had just paid full subscription and they haven’t refunded me, even though they promised they would. Terrible customer support.

After the app stopped downloading the roster became a useless app!
