States that the Bluetooth is off and won’t connect to my phone. But when I press download the apps do move across to my phone. Main issue  is I cannot get into the app options as it won’t recognise the Bluetooth.

Whilst my new Garmin Vivoactive 5 is connected via my iPhone 13 Pro Bluetooth and the regular Garmin Connect App yet it will NOT connect to ConnectIQ.  ConnectIQ states my Bluetooth is off and Device not connected. Very frustrating.  I have rebooted both phone and device. Deleted the app.  Total junk!! And there only needs to be one app for everything not 2.  Garmin should afford some better developers otherwise continuous problems creates an opportunity for new competition where device and tech WORK!!

I would like to have the opportunity to filter out certain faces etc, such as those requiring payment for instance. At the moment, even if searching certain types, erroneous returns happen, plus a lot have hidden costs which aren’t apparent until reading the blurb. 

The latest versions of garmin faces seem to be all chargeable ones now. I suppose it’s a business after all and at least the watches turn up with some ‘free’ faces. Still - I do feel as though I’m being fleeced a bit when beforehand loads of others were also free

I’m finding it very difficult to follow strange instructions that don’t seem to apply nor make it easy to use.  What is the point of having to use a computer to charge the device. I can’t take a computer on holiday. This is an expensive mistake.  I am dissatisfied with this product.

While it’s useful, it’s more than annoying that you can’t merge both connect and IQ together to have a more streamlined experience. The most recent update has messed the app up, scrolling through to the bottom of watch faces and in order to load more faces it jumps right back to the top again!

It’s making mess with watch faces - some simple unable to uninstall, other - appears on installed list with even me installing it.

Doesn’t show tracker in connected screen
No matter what I do.
I’ve googled this.
Removed the app removed Connected, toggled and deleted bluetooth connection. 
No matter what I do it doesn’t show the device.
And it is shown as a compatible device.
Support from Garmin is terrible.
Shame, as I’d use this app quite a bit.
