The company has a silly policy that requires you to register your tyres 7 days from purchase. When a car has transferred ownership there is no quick way of deregistering the vehicle number plate from the previous owner’s app which means the new owner cannot register the new tyres under an existing car. Honestly, not sure what your PM was thinking but why would you need to have that limitation on car number plate in the first place since the app is for registering tyres for warranty which have a definitive expiry date + unique serial numbers. Use case completely missed. Worst of all is the feedback feature is so badly done you might as well not have it at all. There’s no history or way of contacting a CS agent directly.
