I thought this would be a bit more advanced, and allow me to register different sessions of contractions at least, but it’s barely better than a free timer. Don’t really see the point, waste of money.
Just what I needed!! Best app for contractions
I thought this would b a good app bc it would tell me when I should go to the hospital. However, now that I am in "early labor" its constantly telling me in in "false labor" after two or three contractions or vice versa if there is an occasion they are running a bit more consistent. I am 41 wks, 10 days overdue. Its labor, and i have had 40+ contractions in 24 hrs. There are multiple stages for contractions and i think the app could b a better at identifying that since it is collecting rather good data. It could give options for identifying strength of contractions or other triggers during labour like "loosing ur mucus plug, bloody show, or water breaking" which can happen to ppl at many different stages but all important to track. Its just not good enough in my opinion, its super basic and doesn't feel like it was made by someone who has given birth or understands the process. Its just a basic log but could b sooo much better. Its also data i would like to have if i have a second child to compare. I prob wont remember any of this two yrs from now or send to a friend who may b going thru it the first time.
I used this app on the past and loved it! Such an easy way to keep track of contractions when in labor!!
Phone app is ok. Pretty disappointed that this app didn’t even have basic Apple Watch compatibility to at least start and stop contractions. Kind of wish I didn’t pay for the ad free version.
I liked how easy it was to use, great concept, but the actually timer was terrible. It was completely off compared to the timer on my phone.. And I don’t mean by a few seconds I mean by 30 to 60 seconds. So my contraction lengths and total time was completely off. And we had the app open and the default timer on my phone open at the same time.
I like the layout of this app but can they not pop up video advertisements when you are in the middle of timing contractions??? I do not want to watch an ad while I am in labor & trying to see how soon to go to the hospital
super annoying when i think im getting good data then go to start a contraction and get an ad???
