It would be great if we had the access to add our daily step count to the options in exercise. I’ve used this app since it first came out, used the book before that. It’s the best app for Aussies, the database of food is so good. Great for recording macros. 
Shame about the ads these days especially as I originally paid full price for the app years ago but it still won’t put me off using it every single day.

THIS APP IS EXCELLENT AT KEEPING TRACK OF EVERYTHING YOU EAT & HELPS YOU WITH MINDFUL EATING- I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT & WASN’T DOING VERY WELL THEN I STARTED USING THIS APP & IN THE FIRST DAY I LOST 1/2 A KILO AS I WAS SHOCKED THAT MY EATING WAS GOING WAY OVER THE CALORIE VALUE TONLOSE WEGHT & I WASN’T DRINKING ENOUGH WATER (TO MY SURPRISE), PLUS I WASN’T DOING ENOUGH EXERCISE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP- IT HAS BEEN A GAME CHANGER FOR ME & IT’S SO EASY TO USE (A FEW THINGS STUMPED ME BUT THERE IS A ‘HELP TIP BUBBLE’ THAT YOU CAN ACTIVATE FROM THE SETTINGS MENU). Love this app but was hoping that if I subscribed I might be able to print my diary to send to my health professional. Unfortunately not so. Big shortfall. The subscription would make it worth it.
