Cooklist: Pantry Meals Recipes

I love this app so much ❤️ I use recipes on Pinterest and YouTube and just about everywhere and having them imported in one place with my groceries is gold. The only thing is that I wish when I import the recipe that I can change the picture because it’s just a picture of my notes app (cause that’s where I store my recipes) and it doesn’t look the best😅 Edit: One of the representatives helped me and I got it sorted. However, I’m trying to use the housemate feature and I can tell it’s not really for roommates. If someone adds something to the shopping list, nothing says who added it. Also, it combines all of the pantries together and I like to have my own items separate too so it makes it hard to use. I just kinda wish there was a way to like drag and drop the items that you want to share with roommates and keep the rest to yourself. That’s just me though 🤷🏼‍♀️

I like the pantry idea and being able to automatically adjust your stock with the cook now feature, but if you go to add a recipe from a picture or file, it actually uses recipes found elsewhere with times, ingredients, and instructions that aren’t even on the recipe!! This defeats the purpose, and considering that was my primary use of the app, I probably wouldn’t renew…

This app makes meal planning and dieting unbelievably easy. I was worried it would be difficult to jump into since I have not shopped on my own or cooked for myself much before but this app streamlines it from start to finish. It shows you the dietary information of each recipe and lets you add all the ingredients you need to make it to a shopping cart, which connects directly with certain apps. It also keeps in mind what you have purchased in the past and adds those food items to your pantry so you know if you already have the ingredients needed to make a recipe or what you need to buy. Amazing!! 100/10

It’s actually really super handy to have and in my opinion it does help save money just because there are a lot of things in your pantry that you don’t realize you can make with what you have so if you are living paycheck to paycheck, it is a huge help

You have to pay to just use the app and that is not clear. At least tell us that you do that and preferably tell us how much it is in the description. That would have at least saved me the time I wasted just now entering in all my email, store preferences and pantry content information just to see you charging $70+ a year for a glorified grocery list app!

Working for a Fortune 500 company for 20 years, I’ve learned the power of data and reporting. Knowing how to use reporting and data will save you time and money. I have been dreaming of some kind of grocery inventory tracker and historical grocery analysis - and then this app comes in and knocks it out of the park by allowing you to connect to online accounts of all the stores you shop at!! Say WHAT! The thought of barcode scanning sounds like a long and daunting task. I’ve been wanting to be able to A) quickly create a grocery inventory B) analyze purchase history to identify purchase frequencies C) budget for groceries. And then this app is like “How about we also compare your shopping cart to all other stores’ prices for you while we’re at it.” Just. Wow. I am absolutely impressed. Thank you so much for making this app that I was about to start building! 😆🥰😁💜

Love this app so much ! Every recipe is super easy to follow. It gives you substitution option based on what is in your pantry. I love using this app when I run out of dinner ideas. I wish the yearly cost was a little cheaper but it’s definitely worth the price.

I immediately fell in love with this app and shared it in all my ADHD groups on FB so others could appreciate it!! I never get the pro version of apps but decided very quickly that this one is worth it (and relatively inexpensive). I struggle so much with cooking, remembering what foods I have, and thinking of what to make. This app solves all of these issues and more. Thank you SO much to the makers of this app you’re saving lives out here!! 🩷

This is honestly one of my most utilized apps on my phone. It’s so convenient and simple to use. There are other apps that provide the same services, but they cost $50 a year. You’ll always know what food you have in stock, when it expires, and what recipes it’s good for. You can also have whatever expires automatically updates on your grocery list. All of that without having to spend a dime.
