CoPilot GPS Sat-Nav & Traffic

Doesn’t integrate with Apple CarPlay so you need a cradle for your phone. Kept taking me directly to a caravan prohibited route on more than one occasion. Used it once last year and it also took me down a track that wasn’t fit for caravans. Very poor and not worth the investment sadly.

Okay, there are a few issues and it doesn’t seem to be a complaint section. I recently went into London where they’ve got restricted zones for trucks. One of your features has a problem. There is a few 18 ton areas around London. They are time zone restricted Or 18 ton only. So why does the truck satnav try and take you through the zones?? The penalties are quite severe if you go through them and not knowing London very well I rely heavily on the app working well. i am in a 44 ton truck, it is quite difficult to turn around when you’ve made that kind of error. also, when you got music on or you take a phone call, you go back to the app on the volume and voice stops working. I have to reset the app to get the voice to activate again. Apart from that, it is a very good app. if I could have a really good response, that would be fantastic. It would be nice to get a genuine reply to this message. many thanks. Okay there has been an update and now my street that I come out of is now a 7 1/2 ton on your app. The road is quite capable and has no markings whatsoever to say that it is restricted.

We decided to use this app over Google and within minutes found ourselves having to unhitch our caravan to turn around and get out of the single lane service road it had sent us down. The farmer watching us seemed to enjoy it though!

I use a truck copilot on UK roads. but after I receive a phone call. the copilot's voice disappears. copilot must be reset for the voice to appear again. And while driving it is not possible to find an address. the screen freezes and does not react to touch. PLEASE CHANGE THIS PROBLEM.

Thank you so much for the 14 day trial as newbies to motorhoming it was just perfect!!! No wrong turns, no low bridges and not a single unsuitable road did it send us down. Over 700 mile trip around Northumberland and back home again and not a single error!! Amazing!!!

Have to be honest, I have used this app since it was created, it has its ups and downs, no navigation is perfect. But as a artic driver with various size loads and trailers I can honestly admit that this is my most reliable navigation. Flaws: No Apple car play

Paid £25.99 for this app to use for a trip to Cornwall. Put in the measurements for our Motorhome and twice (up to now) have been sent down a road that was not wide enough. Had to reverse back out. Also, when there are roadworks the app constantly tries to send you back. Will NOT be renewing the subscription.

I downloaded this specifically to see if it would find better routes for towing a caravan. Considering there’s a subscription fee after the two week introduction, I would have expected it to be top notch. The first thing I noticed was how basic the mapping was, which was very disappointing. Secondly, the speed limit shown was not correct for towing vehicles such as caravans etc. Knowing that I’d input my vehicle and caravan dimensions in, I would expect the speeds to match but they remained the same as my car sat nav. The route chosen, was not the best, as I’ve done the intended route a better way previously and this app decided to take me down very narrow windy roads which I hadn’t been down before. Needless to say the app was quickly deleted after its first trial as there was no way I was prepared to pay for this after the trial period ends.

I have auto renewed my subscription two days ago and need to use the app today! The app is now asking me to purchase again! Clearly incorrect - please silence asap
