No CarPlay
Despite some sites stating CoPilot is AirPlay compatible, it isn’t. Portrait display on iPhone not great, lacking detail with text hard to read (for me) without glasses. Deleted app.

I like it
Works well for me, especially in no data mode. Maps are up to date.
Apple car play
Shame it doesn’t support apple car play. Think you’re missing a trick here. Will use another app instead.
Nonsensical routing
Gets worse every time I use it. App is useless in London, classes virtually every road as having a restriction and routes tens of miles out of the way of the obvious roads I have been using for decades.
Needs Apple car play support
I’ve used this app for years and it’s one of the best out there in my opinion but it lacks Apple car play functionality which would be amazing as my new car uses tomtom and for me I feel copilot works a whole lot better.
No Carplay
Doesn't work with carplay so for me totally useless.
This used to be brilliant…
A real shame they removed the option to set ave speeds for each road for some unknown and non- sensible reason. I could get journey times pretty much bang on… now they are always far too long. Google maps is way better and has traffic for free…
Disappointed
We download a free version as a trial to use with our motorhome but it wouldn’t direct us from home and left us using another app,we downloaded uk/Ireland maps and even entered our vehicle details but it new where we wanted to go but refused to direct us,we was using a iPad but now have decided not to purchase the full version if the trial won’t work
Not recognising my subscription
I was paying monthly and changed phones and it wouldn’t recognise my subscription. I cancelled monthly and paid for the year as overall I was happy with it. Now it’s start of a new month back to basic and won’t restore my subscription. I’ve restarted phone, logged out of account and back in then restored subscriptions and it still states I’m on basic. You help section isn’t helpful to find a phone number or email address to contact with the issues. Please sort this out today or I shall contact apple for a refund.
Poor navigation.
I downloaded this app to use whilst towing my caravan. I inputted all my caravan dimensions etc but the app still tried to take me through a small village and down a very unsuitable side road. Disappointing.
