Coral: Intimacy for Couples

Good idea and nice content but just off the top of my head: - Face ID security doesn’t really work. The app shows you what was on screen before it locked while it’s working out whether you should have access or not. Not great for an app that wants you to share intimate thoughts and photos. Better hope your kids didn’t pick your phone up. - if you’re typing a long message and the app locks, it throws away the text you were working on when you unlock it again - notifications are utterly random. My wife sends a message and I have no idea, then other times I get multiple copies of the same notification at the same time - the UI is a trainwreck. We’ve been using this for 3 weeks now and I still can’t remember where I found something and get back to it. - sometimes the UI just locks up and I have to quit the app and restart Please do a bit more quality testing! It’s not like this is a budget app, it’s £50 a year.

Throughout years I have really disconnected from my body, my sexuality and my pleasure. The added negatives of antidepressants just made me feel lost. Not to sound preachy, but this app helped a lot? Alongside the book “come as your are”, it actually applies how you can feel pleasure again. Idk, worth it. Love it.

I was really excited to try this app, and found the content to be OK (a bit repetitive in places, but nothing I haven’t read in various books before), but there are quite a few bugs. The most frustrating of which is that I can’t send my partner things that I’ve read through the app (even though she’s downloaded the app and we’re ‘connected’ on there as partners) which is a shame because it would really help the conversation to flow more. The tech support isn’t great as it’s been over a week since I raised it, having sent screenshots and even a video of the process I followed, but to no avail. Also, for an app you have to pay £50 per year for, I’d expect more regular ‘tasks’ from it. In the first week, we had 2 or 3 things that would pop up (‘leave your partner a love note’ etc), which is a great concept, but they’ve become really irregular now. I wouldn’t recommend it, tbh.

I love the coral app. I visit daily to check in how I’m feeling and i really enjoy listening to the meditations and teaching

Really annoyed, used the free trial, didn’t see the benefit whatsoever, deleted the app and got charged and kept receiving texts after asking it to stop! Can’t get a bloomin refund coral are crooks.

I am still receiving texts after I have deleted the app. And when you text ‘stop’ the messages do not go through. Awful app.

Please STOP

I decided to delete your app which told me it would then delete all my data. I’m still get text messages daily from you. When I text ‘stop’ to opt out as instructed in your messages they always fail to send. I can’t send any messages to you. I also cannot block your number because there is no number associated to it. I will be taking this further if I receive any more communication.

Can’t create a password it keeps saying ‘illegal parameters’ don’t waste your time.
