Great for fitness and learning technique and combinations of punches. Only drawback is the focus on boxing, and few options for KICKS. Adding a KICKboxing component would be fantastic!!!

As a real newbie I found the app was fantastic. It took the pressure out of going to a class by allowing me to learn at my own pace without judgement from others. I was able to tailor class selection that focussed on what I was struggling with and when I got things wrong there wasn’t someone with a pad and a black eye!

Firstly, when you first start the app you’re thrown in at the deep end with no obvious place to start. It’d be nice if there were at least a ‘Beginners start here’ section or something. After scrolling around for a while I found an introduction to boxing, tapped to start it and I just get a still of the video and a spinner and no error. That’s it. I presume, given the other reviews, this works fine for other people but for me it just does nothing.

This is a brilliant app to work on your boxing/ fitness on a punch bag. Finding training on the bag boring normally corner makes it exciting with easy to follow along coaching.

After trying several other apps this is by far the best.very motivating the addition of trackers which count punches and power on a leader board keeps you coming back to beat your previous score.

Great app for classes to start and advance with. Coaches are great and easy to follow with a good variety of work outs to choose.

A great app and good trackers to keep you focused. Biggest flaw is with the leaderboard system - the entire thing is pointless given the top people don’t even do the class properly, they just throw as many single low power punches as quick as they can to set the top score, without actually doing the instructed class combos. The new KO points system (based on combined factors like speed, power and number of punches) is a good start but yet leaderboard still sorts by number of punches thrown. So doing the class combos properly means you’ll get nowhere near the top of leaderboard.

I love how seamless, low profile and lightweight the corner trackers are combined with the accuracy of recording the number of strikes and combos thrown. It’s a must for any who loves numbers and need the guidance to push further and faster 🥊
