Cosmic Kids Yoga

We love Cosmos kids yoga so got the app to avoid all ads and worries of the kids on the internet. Had intermittent issues logging in/accessing content in the app from the start, but 3 months out from our subscription ending and we cannot access anything and it keeps telling us to sign up again!!! Paying for a product we aren’t receiving is extremely frustrating. Won’t be renewing our subscription unfortunately as it’s not a cheap app, especially when you can’t even access the content you’ve paid for. Shame as we are fans!

Signed up and after the first video got prompted to sign in. Restoring the subscription didn’t work. Looking at previous reviews this has been going on for 2 years

Content is great. My kid loves it. I purchased the app as we have banned YouTube kids in our home. We were randomly logged out of the app this week and couldn’t get back in. I tried restoring iTunes purchase and no luck, tried resetting the password but there was a bug that wouldn’t let me proceed with resetting a password. I contacted support via the website days ago now and have not had a response back. For a $90 a year app I would expect a response back within at least 24 to 48 hours. Lucky for me I tried resetting the password on my phone today and it worked. The “continue” button appears on iPhone, but not when doing so on an iPad.

Jamie's wonderful talent for storytelling and engaging while doing yoga has kept my 3 year old highly interested and loving the app. the other great part is all the content is suitable so makes the app a safe space rather than trawling through the internet.

We’ve been watching and loving these videos on YouTube for a few years now and we were looking forward to checking out this app, but we can’t afford another streaming service (we can only afford 1, and not even Disney for our kids). It’s disappointing that this app is so expensive. If it was $20-$30 a year I probably would have signed up, but >$80 is just too much for us. I understand she needs to make money, but I would rather have ads than pay for our little ones to access exercise programs in these desperate financial times where we are scrambling to pay our mortgage each month. The kids are really disappointed and don’t understand why they can’t watch the super Mario yoga. I hope the school gets it so the older kids can access it there instead.

My 3 young kids love this app! It gets them moving and keeps them engaged. They incorporate the stories and poses into their play throughout the day. The app is easy to use with lots of different videos. I love that there are also varying lengths. We also love the bedtime stories and meditations at the end of the day ✨

Love love love this app! My very energetic 7 year old uses it several times a week to help him wind down before bed. We subscribed so we don’t need to worry about ads and really love that Jamie regularly uploads new content (that is exclusive to subscribers only). I’ve also found customer support to reply back really quickly whenever we’ve had questions/feedback. Would absolutely recommend to others!

I do watch your videos but I download the app and like a whole the other kids I don’t have money . Mum Dad don’t like spending money make it free! I’am not kidding it’s so annoying

I like this game the only reason I’m doing a review is because YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOGA .why do u have to my my daughter loves it but sighting in hasn’t worked we can’t even do eny of the fun yoga vids because we can’t log in please help us

I’m paying for a subscription. Was loving it. My son was doing it every morning and getting so much from it. It had become part of our daily routine. Then without warning the app starting asking me to sign up despite already having an active subscription. Have submitted a support request but it still hasn’t been restored so I’m paying for something I’m not receiving at the moment, which is frustrating. I think the product itself, the videos etc is wonderful. I’d rate it 5 stars. But not being able to access content I’ve paid for is too significant a problem to ignore.
