Costa Coffee Club Ireland

This app needs to be updated to take advantage of newer iPhones and screen sizes. This app looks like an oversized iPhone 4 app on an iPad. Seriously.

Like, seriously, what’s the point of this app? Every time I go to Costa and open the app, I’m logged out. And it doesn’t remember your login details, no auto fill. If and when you do finally open your account, there’s nothing really to do there. Scan your QR code and look at the transaction history. Costa used to be my favourite coffee shop for a decade. Now the magic is gone.

Nowadays if your club card can’t be used in Apple Wallet it’s considered a failure. May be it’s time to match up with Nero and Insomnia or you will be out of customers’ favourites soon

Really difficult to set up app never worked i will delet it

App goes black when opened now, downloaded and re downloaded several times still not working

The rewards are none existent and for some reason the app has a coupon/voucher section that is always blank. Also since they switched to just the app and not the cards, many times it just won’t scan and staff say “ah yeh it doesn’t really work”. Even if it does you gotta get 30+ coffees when it works for a free one. Ive quit and gone to local cafe with better offer.

How do you redeem anything? The marketing and info about how to use your points is terrible.

You’d have to buy about 20 coffees to get a free one, what is the point of this app? Stingy company, Starbucks and other coffee companies have better loyalty apps. This is a useless app.

The app keeps asking to login and doesn’t remember your details or have Face ID enabled. Not very convenient when you’re ready to pay for your coffee in a busy shop.

The last update has left the app a disaster, if I want to buy cake I will look at it at the counter, I don't need to see it when I’m trying to collect points. Finding the QR code isn't as easy as the previous version. It's not user-friendly, go back to the way it was.
