Disappointed you can’t choose Hot Chocolate with BOTH Mallows & Cream only 1 or the other please fix in the next update!

My app glitches all the time with error messages. Currently it also thinks I’m an hour ahead of what I am so I have to order my collection coffee an hour ahead of when I need it so that it is there. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, I have it set correctly to collect 5-8 mins so I just don’t understand it.

After days of “later”, factually your app is not working. Cannot connect even.

Well I know I am not 4. But where has my cost app gone? All I’ve I’ve got is wiggles and a thing added to my wallet. Soooo how do I add beans border from my phone?

When ordering toast or hot rolls you can not tell the store what sauce or spread is needed very annoying when your in a rush

Please, give specific instructions on what on to use or scan on the physical gift card. The line barcode or QR code. These are 2 different physical cards. Physical gift cards have 3 or more codes on it and only one works at the till which is QR, from my learning. Please, mention it which one to use, or train staff about it. Having a gift card on me, I still had to use bank card due to confusion at till and untrained staff at Costa. Please, please, fix it.

Despite deleting and reinstalling the app, all I get is the “Oops something went wrong” error screen.

Preview version would just load the texture screen, the latest version still only does this but now also completely locked up my phone - (iphone15) I have no current issues with any other apps I have ?
