Unfriendly fee and without telling the user
I used credit card to verify my account.I thought it was free. It didn’t announce the payment in the webpage. I ask for the refund immediately But after 72 hours I didn’t receive any letter I was a really high amount and I was unhappy with this I couldn’t stand for this platform anymore
Need to pay now ..
This app was free .. and so great to use … Now need to pay … so just use à hotel or something like that it’s the same … Where is Taiwanese flag ?

I like this app
Although I like this app, but still I’m not like they see Taiwanese as Chinese. It’s hard to define I get it. But it’s our own political issues, not others could jump into conclusions and say we should be like that. I donate to this app is because I love the original intention of this app. Hope they could sit on the fence on this things and I could select my truly Nationality while filling the profile form one day.

Taiwan is a country, not a province of China. The team has been ignoring reports from Taiwanese members for years. Using the database of UN is a ridiculous excuse. It's not a worldwide platform should do. DISAPPOINTED.
