The app would be more useful if it sent notification a night earlier than the night before the pick up. Otherwise they are great company and I have used them for years. Very reliable

I have used County Waste since I have lived here 21 years and they have been great, they are very reliable and reasonably priced. The garbage cans are also a perfect size for a normal family not too small not too big. I love the new app to remind me when pickup is because sometimes when there is a holiday it may not be a holiday for garbage pick up. I also love the auto pay online to keep track of my payment history. Keep up the good work!!

I just moved so started service about a month ago. I’m super impressed with the app for communication as well as the weekly reminders about Garbage. Today I just received communication that our pick up would be delayed by a day because of the weather-I think that’s a pretty amazing service to let customers know that

I halve been using County Waste for over thirty years. They have been very dependable and every time that they are scheduled to pick up my trash, they can always be depended to be steady and reliable. Called twice emailed twice. They never picked up until the following week. I wouldn’t recommend for a new customer.
