Coursera: Grow your career

The courses are decent but the peer review system is completely unchecked. People just upload random files and give poor grades for no reason (e.g. they dock points for the uploaded file being missing when it’s clearly there and working) and there’s no way to report them. The only solution? Upload it again and hope you get someone better. When looking for help and feedback the options are an useless chatbot or a feedback form… that was replied to by a chatbot. I was planning on buying more courses but if this is how seriously they take their students I will be looking elsewhere.

After the most recent update, the app feels much more professional. I love this app even more.

Customer support is non existent, I’m waiting for over 1h to be connected to a human on chat support, when I’m paying a subscription. Garbage service

Îmi place foarte mult aceasta aplicație și cursurile oferite prin intermediul acesteia. Calitatea este punctul cheie, invatam super multe lucruri utile, sunt axate sa stimuleze și funcția vizuala, ceea ce ajuta la o memorare mai rapida, informațiile sunt verificate și predate de către specialiști. Îmi place mult! Felicitări!

I am glad having found Coursera. It is an amazing opportunity for everyone to have access to courses from great universities from the confort of your home, or from wherever you travel for work or in vacation. Thank you for the idea, grateful for the TEACHERS who are taking from their time to creare valuable content on so many topics.

Multiple errors while I am trying to log in. The official website is really great but this mobile app does not worth even trying. A particular really simple functionally does not work properly: the ability to download courses offline.

Despite loving what Coursera offers I remained disappointed with how the app works. Or better said... doesn’t work. It lags. It’s not loading. I receive a lot of errors. I can’t even contact assistance from the app. Shame. I really liked the courses and in the past I used the app on my computer. But now it’s easier for me to use my iPad or my iPhone. Too bad the app is not working on either of the devices. Uninstall and never installing back.

When switching between apps the app losses the current topic and reloads the mains screen which is not practical and very time consuming

The content quality itself varies quite a lot however and you have to take care

Great app.Makes learning and scheduling a lot easier. Moreover I totally recommend Coursera if you would need to learn a new skill / get a specialization.
