I absolutely love playing Covet , the customer service that I have received has always been prompt and helpful... I have been playing for almost 4 years now and find that some of challenges are very expensive, considering the end reward ... I know that it need to be challenging... but perhaps either increasing the reward , or reducing the price of the ‘ultimate’ piece of clothing would make it more fun .

I have been playing this game since 2014 and I have seen nothing but the game getting worse and worse, yes the addition of fashion house and hair accessories were good but the allowance is not enough, the requirements for the challenges keep getting more and more expensive it’s getting hard to keep up even though, the cover collection while it was good addition requiring them for the daily or 200$ challenge is ridiculous when the cost up 500$ and 600$ and I only get either 200$ or 500$. The customer service is trash they make you wait up to 2 or 3 months till they finally replay to you and they still don’t fix the issue, I have a ticket opened since 14th of December with no replay besides their generic replay that we reached them outside their office hours, and lastly I’ve been contacting customer service to fix my issue of the chat always going back to the top every time I try to write in my fashion house chat for about a year now and their only solution is clear the data or force close the app and at first I thought the issue was with my tablet but when I downloaded the app on another device I still had the issue. You would think after all this time covet would have fixed and improved their game after years but not it only keep getting worse.
