they finally created online ordering but when an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, instead of refunding the cash by the driver or even to your credit card or even as credit in the online account on their site/app, they just tell you verbally that you have a credit note. when you ask them to apply it to an order they say yes then don't. when i emailed a complaint they called and claimed a driver is coming to bring the cash right now. instead a driver came and gave me a piece of paper that says credit note and he proudly said the director of cozmo online department says you can tell us to use this next time you make an order, no cash refund as promised on the phone. so basically not only incompetent but also dishonest and they lied to me repeatedly. other services either refund directly to the card or they put the credit on the online account so you can easily use it next order. get better programmers and managers! enough said...
