Me and my son played this game together and enjoyed it a lot. We were at level 60 when it started to fail us. The game stopped saving itself. So we would create new dinosaurs, get to the next level and then stop. The day after, everything we did previously: was gone. I even spent €10 on buying diamonds that were all gone a few hours later. So, so bad.

I contacted the customer service after posting this. And they handled the situation great. Explained me how to fix it and reimbursed me for my money. Great service! Now we can enjoy playing again.
