This is for the iPadOS version that does not support rotating the screen thus making this unusable.
On Windows, the app crashes every single time you open it. But even so, it is far better than the printer itself that only lasted 3 weeks. Good job kids. 
And if you want to buy a 3d printer from them Google Bambu Lab and you will get a finished product.
