Selecionei para comprar o item de menor valor e mesmo assim cobrou o valor anual , não pretendia assinatura anual . Um absurdo !

They payed slot for promotion on the net but it doesn’t give even 1 useful photo. First try was a picture of my face and shoulders, it offered me to make a zoom in. I thought it should deal even with a full body?!?. Anyway, it gives only results with full full full full full watermarks all over the photo unless if you pay. Don’t even spend a time to try. No money=no photo.

By mistake, my nephew downloaded the app, subscribing for a week (at least it wasn’t for a year). I immediately canceled the subscription and deleted the app, as it’s just another one that doesn’t deliver what it promises. I requested a refund twice, but they didn’t issue any refund, and there wasn’t even a sign of understanding. Anyway, terrible service. If they get richer with money taken unfairly, fine. Keep it, but I will make sure to report this on all platforms, including Reddit. If you want to avoid problems, don’t be fooled by these apps! Don’t use them

One thing they don’t tell you is that the annual membership you pay comes with limited access to make video. Probably 20-30 videos and I’m being generous with that approach. It takes a lot of trail and error to figure out what pictures work best to create certain videos. In that process pretty much all your allowance to create videos is gone. Once you reach that small limit, the company is going to ask you for more money. Shady way to make business. Not fair!

This app logs you out if you don’t use it for a week, and when you try to sign in again after paying for the entire year, it fails to recognize your account. You are required to sign in with codes that do not appear in your email. I submitted a claim requesting a refund, but they are adamant about not issuing any refunds, and their decision is final, offering no assistance to recover the previous purchase. Please refrain from spending your money on this subpar app. They are only interested in taking your money for a very inadequate service and application.
