• DTPL acts as a Lending Service Provider (LSP).
• CRED app acts as a Digital Lending App (DLA).

Personal loans eligibility criteria
• Age: 21- 60 years
• Annual household income: ₹3,00,000
• Should be a resident of India
• Loan Amount: ₹100 to ₹20,00,000
• Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 84 Months

Loan against mutual fund eligibility criteria:
• Age: 18-65 years, Mutual Fund Investment: Min. ₹2000 Portfolio, *Subject to Lender Policy, Should be a resident of India
• Loan Amount: ₹1000 to ₹2,00,00,000
• Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 72 Months

Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 9.5% to 45%

Example:
If you borrow ₹5,00,000 for 3 years at 20% p.a.
EMI: ₹18,582 | Processing Fee: ₹17,700
Total Payable: ₹6,68,945 | Total Cost: ₹1,86,645
Effective APR: 21.92%

Hope this review gonna catch developer and leadership attention because there is lot gonna come on your way, I’m facing issues with overpayment which is not happening anymore and that’s the first time ever I had to gone to each Bank’s card account to pay my due plus overpayment, also if bill is not generated the payment is not allowed I had the habit of paying with card and in couple of days pay it off via cred irrespective of bill generation. Hopefully that gonna catch CRED or Kunal’s attention.

Recently I tried Cred travel for the first time in the past 3 years of usage and had the worst experience of my travel… Cred has a peculiar way of mentioning the cancellation policy, unlike other travel agencies they mention a date and the cancellation shd happen before that…whereas the normal practice is to mention the drop dead date for cancellation…
Also they do not have a direct support call centre, for easy cases they will call u … rest they will only send u messages. 
Grievance Cell is an extension of support team and they don’t even listen to your grievance end of it they will pass on the blame on you and close the tickets 
Example : if your cancellation is on 15th Aug 2024- almost all travel agencies mention 15th… BUT CRED WILL BE MENTIONING AS “before 16th Aug 2024”

The rewards system in the app is a complete scam, where they “reward” you with useless coupons for various apps/websites, which gives you the products with the same price as it sells it otherwise. Same as the google pay scratch cards, where they pay you 1₹ -5₹ rarely. But there are some other features like cred money and garage which is somewhat useful.
