Why is the see wrong always on now. If I try to turn it off like I used to it takes 20 coins. I don’t want it on!! I changed my setting to not have it on but it still is. If this continues, I’ll just delete the app. I’ve played this for years but this is a deal breaker for me. For the last few days the game has not awarded me coins. Today I should have been given 14 coins for playing and they didn’t show up in my coins. This has happened more than once when I should have been given coins.

Got up 2 days ago, and noticed I was playing under another name. Siddha or something. When I tried to log back on. I lost all of my progress. My points, my rank, all my friends, all my puzzle packs. Everything!!! I had to start back at zero. With nothing! Not a very happy camper. I have been a dedicated customer for years!

The app has been glitching for the last few days. My game won’t fully load and anytime I complete a puzzle it doesn’t move on from completion. I’ve noticed when I log on the app and accept my daily reward which is 5 coins per day I would assume that I would be rewarded these coins. But it turned out not to be the case being that I have to watch long ad videos to gain 5 coins. To the developers please don’t respond back if you’re not going to fix the problem. You guys hand feed people the same story as if it’s going to change.

I’ve been playing this for I guess over eight years I think and I really enjoy it but lately in the last six months, it won’t load the puzzles. Especially the free puzzles that you have to watch an ad to get to see. It lets me watch the ad and then it says “sorry an error occurred. Try again later.” It’s very annoying. The game is fun, but I hope they can fix the glitches.

After the update, we are no longer allowed to add stars from previous puzzles, and what’s the point of doing them if I can’t get any credit from those stars? Example: earn 25 stars from ANY puzzles this week and it will not allow me to earn stars from the puzzles in 2013’s.  The daily challenge for the crosswords will be the only ones but it’s not enough if you do the math. 7 days X 7 puzzles equals to 21 stars…. I am always up for collecting the badges from the weekly challenge, but this is frustrating on my part because I’m not able to do that.  I’ll might have to stop playing
