After the April 1st 2024 update I have experienced so many issues. Constantly missing data or just completely frozen screens. I have to delete the app and reinstall it every time. Sometimes this happens in the middle of the final auction moments. Customer support gives advice that the actual local field managers denies is true. Also experienced trying to communicate about issues through customer support but the local people have denied receiving the information about any request from me. And after spending thousands of dollars on these auctions I receive notices that they will suspend my account. Pretty disgusted!

The app used to work pretty well but lately won’t update and keeps making me sign in all the time. It also keeps the auctions going past the cut-off time, making it endless instead of with a hard end as an auction should be. This is NOT an auction.

Please be aware if you buy rare coins at auction here, they do not disclose if the coins were cleaned. I got burned on several during a recent auction, and the coins are practically worthless—I lost almost $2500. Even if you have a keen eye, it’s hard to tell from the listings and these folks aren’t numismatic professionals so they don’t know.

It glitches a lot . A set up like the the liveauctioneers app would be great.

I try to add my PayPal and it keeps saying information I put down is incorrect, so I try to change my password and it says my email does not have a PayPal, help please

Downloaded the app and signed in. Clicked button on the bottom for the watchlist since usually there. Unlike the browser it doesn’t show which watched items I’m winning or losing. I want to see that on the watchlist since I’m usually watching extra items I’ll only bid on if I win something else.

Clunky to navigate when bidding on the app. The website works more seamlessly.

It would be nice if the developers actually read the reviews and used that info to improve the app. There was an update 2 days ago, and what users complain about most, and have for MONTHS, was not addressed. You say your app is user friendly, but when you click back after looking at an item, it takes you back to the top of the search. You’ve lost your spot. This is something that should have been fixed a long time ago, and never has been addressed. Why?

I have spent maybe 1500$ I’m having bids retracted in the middle of sales because I guess I ask questions and want answers I don’t like how they are doing business. I heard from a good from about this website and have entrusted them and I feel like this is unfair treatments.

Doesn’t give you the sign in options of the web, i.e. sign in with your Apple or Google account. Can’t use the app if I can’t sign into my account. How did this get missed in beta? Edit- The sign in has been fixed. The app still requires me to go through three levels of menu to get to my favorite locations. I wish the devs would go look at the eBay or Etsy apps and take inspiration accordingly.
