I would rate this app ZERO stars if I could. First: it takes advantage of people with ADHD by providing them with genetic templates that they have clearly copied from the myriad of clone apps out there just like this “unique experience” Second: When I contacted customer service to request a refund of the subscription on the day the free trial ended, I was told I was sent a reminder, there is no evidence of a notification of this on my phone and I emailed the very minute I saw the charge. Was dismissed without a care $59.99 for not a minute of use, robbed in broad daylight. Third: This app is very clearly a money making venture for it’s owners, there is not a shred of care given to people who suffer from Neurodivergence. SHAME ON YOUR TEAM! SHUT THIS APP DOWN.
Thanks for the trial, it was nice to be able to actually use the interface before deciding. Your app is little more than a gamified version of reminders. The Panda is really cute and I can see how it would appeal to some people, just not me. I really liked the discovery tab, you should really focus and expand on that section of your app. It’s a very handy tool. The journaling and reflection section is also good, but I have other apps for that. This app is definitely worth checking out.
I’ve got pretty bad adhd and honestly this app’s pretty good. I feel a bit more put together after getting it lol, not much to say rlly it’s just rlly helpful (it’s not one of those u need to pay for it to be good either and it doesn’t shove adds down ur throat 24/7 🫶)
It’s good and it works well. I’ve had it for two days and I just wish the panda did more than just sit there. Maybe you get that when you do all the tasks or subscribe, I don’t know, but pretty boring. Pretty much just a checklist app.
I like the idea, I signed up in April. Created all my routines, it is a cute app and good basic habit tracker. I had to pay for a subscription past the trial, there’s nothing free- but the FAQ page says there’s a free version? I fell off the wagon when the kids got out of school, routine changed and we started traveling. But Cub would still ping me with notifications so I just went to get back on and all my stuff is gone. I had to go back through the setup process and was asked to sign up for a free trial even though I’m logged in on the same device with same Apple ID etc. And I’m guessing I’ll probably have to set up all my routines which did take a while. Still like it and hopefully will get it resolved but worth sharing as anyone with ADHD knows that being locked out of an account and having to do a bunch of stuff to either get back in, start over or get a refund is kind of our worst nightmare 🤪
I downloaded this because I thought it was related to the Finch Care self care app. Like maybe the same app with a different animal or something. The set up and even icon look IDENTICAL. But when I get into the Cub app it starts to look just a little off. Is this just a weird knock off of a different app? Or is Cub affiliated with Finch?
This app has made my life so much better I’m drinking more water staying exercised getting enough sleep and I am a LOT more happy download it!💙
It costs way to much and I believe it should be free if they want people to have good wellness I’m not going to pay for this it’s ridiculous
I think this is a really great app that game-ifies whathever tasks I want to add. I have ADHD and it’s helped me a lot. However the things that you can purchase with the bamboo you earn are a little lackluster. It would be so cool to be able to earn outdoor scenery and adventures for your animal, like a backdrop of a trip to Paris, Tokyo, giant redwoods, snorkeling etc. Also earning a different type of animal instead of a Panda: koala, polar bear, tiger, cat, rabbit, etc would be really motivating. Hats, flags, snacks, swag would also be great items to buy with bamboo. I think the rugs and furniture are meh. Thank for the app and for reading this review.
