When I lounch my cubasis on iPad air 2020 it playback my projects slow and cannot fix it… waves plugins such a RealTimeTuner is not working and it is paid. I cant switch panoramas in mixer it only reduces volume. I cant record on my new microphone even another one still works…the new one works only as headphones so it really makes me angry. I paid a lot of money and it doesnt work. Please fix it!

Does not support Ableton Link, for obvious reasons, and does not provide any other way of syncing and integrating with Audiobus. So on iPad you either choose Cubasis ecosystem or Audiobus ecosystem. I was longtime Cubase PC guy, but now Im iPad guy and I just bought Cubasis, gave it a try and it does not work well in Apple eco system. Independent vendors provide much more sensible integration and openness, while Stainberg did miss the opportunity of iPad platform. It is like microservices architecture vs monolith. Cubasis is the monolith. Drum editing, midi editing, groove machine style pattern programming is why I started to use Audiobus platform. It is more creative. And for mixing, I use full power desktop computer with UAD. UPDATE: Very dodgy developer answer. People complain on forums about this a lot. Your app does not support even proper Audiobus sync! And transport control. So my opinion stay. Beware, Im also developer! Cubasis cannot slave to Audiobus, I paid you, but never used your app on a real world project because of this. Xequence 2 is much better. Almost every app can host AUv3 plugins, this has nothing to do with sync. Interapp is only for audio, there is no technology for sync.

Nice UI and workflow. But I would appreciate more built-in instruments and sounds. Ideally if the content could be broken into free and payed IAPs that could be downloaded separately. Stability on my 2019 iPad is okay, I experienced few crashes here and here but no work was lost and I can live with that. Hoping for some good updates. Steinberg supports Cubasis2 for a long time and I am hoping to see the same for this version. Stay safe!

Chybí mi citelně folder track a z nèjakého záhadného důvodu nelze nastavit 1/4 takt, což je zbytečné omezení obzvlášť, když nemám potřebu používat cokoliv jiného. Minimum je 2/4 - jinak v čitateli i jmenovateli lze nastavit cokoliv kromě zmíněného. Nepochopitelné. Aplikace občas padá. Na práci venku super! Na živé hraní bych se ale bál.

The app works perfectly and smoothly on iPad Pro 11’’. The MIDI sounds sound great and automation with Apple Pencil is just magic! Great app really. A few bugs noticed: While multi-touching, the notes in MIDI editor keep sounding until I find the key and manually release them (the instruction is not stopped by the next note playing nor by releasing the actual note played) Ohh choirs just keep sounding sometimes. Even after the playback is stopped. After this happens, other instruments can continue playing too, after playback is stopped. The previous happens as well (+ the app gets stuck) when switching from iPad speakers to AirPods. Occasionally, the app playback slows down and all sounds 2 octaves lower then it should. Switching projects back and forth fixes this.

I love how I can sketch an idea on my phone or iPad and easily transfer my idea to my home computer and fully develop it on Cubase.

With the latest update this is a complete full fledged DAW and you can BUY it for the price that some others charge to rent for a month! Record and edit audio Record and edit MIDI Mix and add effects Master! It comes with a plethora of instruments and you can get more (really low prices) in the in app shop They update it consistently Easy to use and there are ton of tutorials online I don’t need a computer to record anymore! I can a carry a recording studio with me!

With Cubasis 3.7 iOS, iPhone, and iPad have the best DAW there is. Sound wise it has everything you could ask for, from instruments to drums to synths with HALion, Neo FM, FM Classics, and now Iconica Sketch. Time signature and tempo tracks have made this on par with Logic. The user interface is the best in the business, the UI is beautiful, and the UX is seamless. With the upcoming updates, I hope to see Groove Agent and PDC (plugin delay compensation), but as it stands, Cubasis is now the king of iOS DAWs. Keep it up Steinberg, you have a dedicated customer for life.
